Booking Policy

By booking an appointment at Skin Love, you agree to the following policies. Please note the following cancellation policies are set in place to ensure our day runs smoothly and your treatment is carefully prepared for you. We have  an extensive cancellation / wait list and can not possibly fill appointment slots at such short notice.

We are located at Shop 9, Capitol Arcade, 81 Argyle Street, Camden NSW 2570. Best parking is in Larkin Place.

By booking your appointment and paying your booking fee, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions - and are agreeing that Skin Love Studio is not accountable to give any refunds or transfers of booking fee. Please do not book an appointment if you do not agree with the following policies.

Booking Policy:
Some of our treatments require booking fees which are deducted from your treatment on the day of your service. You can reschedule your appointment 1 time only before forfeiting your booking fee if you have given us more than 24 hours notice.

CANCELLATIONS: A confirmation text message is sent to you 2 days before your appointment at 9am. All changes of appointments or cancellations made the day before your appointment will be required to pay 50% of your treatment total as a cancellation fee. You will not be able to rebook without paying your fee. If you book a few treatments (eg facial, lash lift & brows on the same day) and choose to not have something done, you will still be required to pay the full amount of booking.

NO SHOWS & ON THE DAY CANCELLATIONS: no show / on the day cancellations will be required to pay 100% of the treatment total as a no show fee. You will not be able to rebook any future appointments until paid. If you ever no show to an appointment, you will be asked to book all future appointments online.

ILLNESS: if you are experiencing any flu like symptoms, or have any viral infections (eg cold sores, tonsillitis, flu) please reschedule your appointment. If you come to an appointment with any signs of a viral infection you will be rescheduled. Your treatment will NOT be performed under ANY circumstances.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment. If you are late to your appointment your treatment time will be deducted, or in circumstances rescheduled. Booking fee will be forfeited and treatment total must be paid for.

Please note, the following illness policy is set in place for your own and our staffs health and safety. The below are still subject to our cancellation policy

Cold Sores: Please reshedule your appointment if you have a present cold sore. We can not, and will not, perform any treatments that involve touching the mouth or lip area whilst a cold sore is present. If you come to an appointment with a cold sore present you will be resheduled and required to pay the entire booked treatment fee.  


Botox / Fillers: Please reshedule your appointment if you have had any botox within the last 2 weeks, or filler within the last 4-6 weeks. We will not be liable for any movement of injectables and will not perform any treatments within these time frames.

Refund Policy: We have a no change of mind refund policy. 
If you do have an adverse reaction to any products we can exchange strictly within 7 days of purchase.
